Do you need a little motivation to get some steps up or just get moving more?

Why not join our challenge ? As a community we are aiming to reach 2000km over the month of November .

To participate you can either give a one off donation or you could get some people to sponsor you on the distance you complete.

The challenge will run from 1-30 November, you can choose how much distance you want to cover :-) Put your name on board near the rowing machine and we will bring updates of weekly subtotal distance on social media :-)
